Polyvagal-Informed Psychotherapy

Meredith’s psychotherapy practice is informed by her training in Dr. Stephen Porges’s Polyvagal Theory and her training in Deb Dana’s Foundations of Polyvagal Theory in Therapy. She is currently training in Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Therapy and Dr. Gabor Mate’s Compassionate Inquiry. She brings a wealth of experience in yoga, hypnotherapy, and meditation to her wholistic approach to mental health.

Both in-person and online sessions are available.

Polyvagal-Informed Approach to Health and Wellbeing online workshops are also available.

I always begin psychotherapy work with an hour long consultation.  During this time, I introduce my therapeutic approaches.  The client also shares about the healing work they wish to accomplish and together we create a vision for how to bring those wishes into reality.  Sessions can be in person or online.
